Th eSG Half Pillar adds a little over 8" of height to the mount systems, increasing comfort for observing and allowing longer optical tubes to be used with these mounts. With the unification of the Vixen Tripods, this works for either the sphinx series or GP Series of mounts. Use item #25168 to attach a new GP Mount to the original GP Tripod. Use item #25169 to attach the older GP Models to the new SXG Tripod.
