PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Grout Sealer #1 is a fluoropolymer emulsion in water which seals grout to prevent staining. This provides the grout with an invisible protective barrier against water and oil based stains, household acids and alkalis, and the formation of mold and mildew growth all of which can cause discoloration and staining. The fluoropolymer emulsion also makes the grout easier to clean and it is safe to use in enclosed spaces because it is water based and non-flammable. Grout Sealer #1 will cover approximately 500 sf/gal/app and two coats are recommended rather than one thick coat. It should be applied every 2 to 3 years.
