Northern Flickers use boxes quite regularly. This house is similar to the Three Woodpeckers House, but larger to accommodate the 12-inch body. Position a Flicker House over the damage and it will have a ready-made cavity. Comes complete with wood chips for excavating and a slate squirrel guard. As with all our nest boxes, the design includes appropriate ventilation, drainage and opens for easy clean-out. Sustainably grown 1" thick Eastern White Pine provides superior insullation.
